Returns and Exchanges
Practical process for withdrawal, returns, exchanges and damaged products.Withdrawal request
For standard products, send a clear withdrawal notice with the order number to [email protected] within 14 days after delivery. Return the safely packed product within 10 days to İstanbul, Türkiye. Designated carrier: —.
Product condition
The consumer may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature and characteristics of the product. Return original packaging, accessories and invoice where possible. A statutory exception may apply to personalised products.
Damaged or defective products
Before use, contact us with the order number, explanation and photographs. Depending on the legal assessment, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund options may apply. Disclosed natural variations in glaze, tone and form inherent in handmade production are not by themselves defects.
Refund
Payments are refunded within the statutory period and conditions after receipt of the withdrawal notice. Bank processing time may be outside TUA's control. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
