2. Products and total price

Essential characteristics, quantity, unit price including taxes, discounts, shipping and the order total are shown in the checkout summary. The customer can review and correct the order before submission and acknowledges that placing the order creates a payment obligation.

3. Payment and delivery

The available payment method is selected at checkout. Delivery is made to the address provided, within the stated period and no later than the maximum mandatory period. Estimated preparation times for handmade or made-to-order pieces are also shown on the product page.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. A clear notice must be sent before the deadline to [email protected] or by another durable medium. Goods must be returned within 10 days after notice. Return address: İstanbul, Türkiye. Designated carrier: —.

The seller refunds payments within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to applicable law, using a method compatible with the original payment and without additional cost. Return costs depend on the carrier information given before payment and applicable law.

5. Exceptions

Statutory exceptions apply. In particular, withdrawal may not apply to ceramic pieces made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Standard products outside a statutory exception remain eligible. The consumer may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

6. Damaged or defective goods

Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer package and record visible shipping damage with the carrier. This does not remove mandatory rights regarding defective goods. Contact [email protected] with the order number and photographs.

7. Disputes and records

Applications may be made to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court under applicable Turkish thresholds and jurisdiction rules. TUA stores the order summary and accepted document version.
