In-stock pieces are dispatched within the preparation time stated on the product page. Estimated timing for made-to-order or personalised ceramics is disclosed before purchase.
Packaging and transport
Ceramics are carefully packed with protective materials. Tracking information is provided by the carrier or TUA. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Inspection on delivery
If the outer package shows crushing, water or breakage, inspection with the courier and a damage report are recommended. Contact [email protected] with photographs and the order number. This recommendation does not restrict statutory rights concerning defective goods.
